The City of Fenton will be dedicating a Liberty Tree on April 19th, the 251st Anniversary of Lexington & Concord. The dedication is the kickoff for Fenton’s celebrations of the 250th commemoration year. 

In addition to SAR participation, the ceremony is slated to include:

• Light refreshments
• Music by the Fenton Ambassadors choir
• Remarks by Rep. Dave Martin on legislation to recognize April 19th as Patriots Day in Michigan
• Unveiling of a dedication plaque
• Distribution of 250 “liberty tree” white pine saplings
